Decsa has ...joined the Cofinair Group!
The French group Cofinair, specialized in the production of evaporative cooling machines for civil and industrial applications all over the world, integrates in its team Decsa S.r.l., an Oltrepadana company that has been successfully operating for years in the business of cooling towers and evaporative condensers.
The agreement was finalized by the joint signature of Doïc Hordern for the Cofinair group and by Nicola de Cardenas for Decsa. The integration of the two companies creates a group with greater production diversification, a broader base of shared skills and know-how, a more structured sales force, a design and launch platform for new products.
"For DECSA ," said Nicola de Cardenas, who will continue to hold the role of Chief Executive Officer and who will sit on the Group board , it means "grounding strong group synergies, means inaugurating a phase of further growth in the coming years, it means a European project, sustainable, but also Pavese".
"In the same way, for the territory, it means new investments and the possibility of new hires, it means-explains de Cardenas - having an industrial group that, from Oltrepò and throughout southern Europe, sells its products on the most distant markets, it means having international entrepreneurs who continue to believe in our territory and in our work ."
"This new integration will further strengthen the Cofinair group, making it an authentic European player, increasingly global. The state of the art in the evaporative cooling sector, supported by our Research and Development team, will be our shared path towards the future ," said Doïc Hordern, CEO of the Cofinair Group.
