Who we are looking for
As part of our efforts to strengthen our sales department, we are offering a position as Area Sales Manager (Central and Southern Italy).
The area of jurisdiction includes Lazio, Abruzzo, Molise, Campania, Puglia, Basilicata, Calabria, Sicily, and Sardinia.
The candidate will be responsible for the regional sales area and will also be tasked with coordinating the sales agencies under their purview; they will report directly to the Sales Director.
What will you do in Decsa
- You will develop the relevant territory and the customer and product portfolio in order to pursue budget goals, in accordance with company policies and culture;
- You will participate in the negotiation and drafting of commercial bids for your area of responsibility;
- You will ensure a constant and systematic relationship with customers through a continuous presidium of the relevant territory, aimed at both the management and development of existing business and the identification of new customers;
- You will monitor the area's business KPIs;
- You will manage, develop, support, and coordinate the regional agencies;
Skills required
- Proven prior experience in sales and business development of at least 3 years in companies in the industry or similar;
- Willingness to travel;
- Proven organizational and interpersonal skills;
- Excellent ability to work as part of a team;
- Good knowledge of the English language;
- Knowledge of cooling and refrigeration systems;
Domicile
Central and Southern Italy(preferably, but not necessarily, in Lazio or Campania)
