As part of its ambition to strengthen its presence in high-growth strategic segments, COFINAIR Group is seeking its new Director/Development Manager, a global position dedicated to the development of the Data Center market.
The Data Center Market Development Manager will be responsible for identifying, establishing and developing lasting relationships with industry customers in both domestic and international markets.
The role covers both commercial and technical aspects: identifying prospects, engaging key decision makers and defining customized solutions in collaboration with internal teams.
The position will provide direct support to the Sales Directors in France, Germany and Italy to accelerate the penetration of the Data Center segment, as well as to the Export team for the development of international markets.
Bachelor's degree in economics, engineering or equivalent
Significant experience in business development/large accounts, with at least 5 years in Data Center or a related industry (HVAC, energy, industrial equipment), on complex sales
Ability to work in multicultural settings and coordinate multiple stakeholders
Excellent communication, negotiation and customer relationship management skills
Fluent English essential
Place of work: Milan
Frequent travel to Europe and export markets

As part of our efforts to strengthen our sales department, we are offering a position as Area Sales Manager (Central and Southern Italy).
The area of jurisdiction includes Lazio, Abruzzo, Molise, Campania, Puglia, Basilicata, Calabria, Sicily, and Sardinia.
The candidate will be responsible for the regional sales area and will also be tasked with coordinating the sales agencies under their purview; they will report directly to the Sales Director.
