Who we are looking for
In an effort to strengthen our sales department, we are offering a placement opportunity as a Back Office Clerk (new equipment).
Enhancing the sales department, the resource will be responsible for entering customer orders, maintaining master records, managing job orders and organizing shipments. He/she will report directly to the sales manager.
What will you do in Decsa
- You will be supporting sales people in the pre-sales phase;
- You will be responsible for entering orders into the management system;
- You will maintain contact with the customer from order entry to shipment of goods;
- You will enter new customers into the registry and be responsible for updating those already in the database;
- If required, you will arrange transportation of the goods to the site;
- You will perform filing, data entry and CRM activities.
Skills required
- Preferred to previous back office experience of at least 2 years;
- Proven organizational and interpersonal skills;
- Excellent ability to manage tight deadlines;
- Excellent ability to work as part of a team;
- Good knowledge of the English language;
- Strong determination and goal orientation;
- Flexibility and adaptability;
- Problem solving;
- Knowledge of management (Mago) and CRM is a prerequisite.
