Our roots, leading us into the future
Our History is the story of the de Cardenas Family of entrepreneurs. From the beginnings in the 1920s of engineer Giulio - the only representative in Italy of fans from a famous American factory - to 1975, when the first Decsa factory was established in Voghera dedicated to the construction of equipment for heat exchange and refrigeration.
Forty-five years later, today, under the leadership of our CEO Nicola de Cardenas, we are a conscious, young and growing company. Always ready to improve, with passion and enthusiasm we design, manufacture and market cooling systems worldwide.

The Decsa plant is built in Voghera under the leadership of Dr. Gianluca de Cardenas
1980
First expansion with the construction of a second shed
1981
Second expansion with the construction of a third shed
1990
Decsa, established in 1975 as "Climate Division - De Cardenas SpA" assumes operational independence
1992
Dr. Nicola De Cardenas joins Decsa
1995
Moving offices to Voghera manufacturing plant
1999
The quality system is certified according to the ISO 9001 standard
2004
Operational control of Decsa passes from Dr. Gianluca to his son Dr. Nicola de Cardenas

The production plant is expanded for the third time
