TMA-EU series open circuit cooling towers are designed and built by Decsa to best suit all plant applications where high efficiency and low operating cost are required cooling towers .
Designed to optimize the L/G ratio within the unit resulting in optimized committed power and reduced operating costs-the TMA-EU water cooling tower is now a benchmark in the global air conditioning (HVAC) application markets due to its best-in-class sound emission levels, along with low power consumption and low operating costs.
The efficiency of this cooling tower, combined with the experience and professionalism gained by Decsa in over 45 years of history confirms the reliability and quality from the TMA-EU cooling tower. Decsa made all open circuit cooling tower structures in Z-725 hot-dip galvanized steel sheet (725 g/sqm zinc coating). Panels are bolted and sealed for perfect water tightness, complete with one or more manholes for internal inspection.
The TMA-EU series has a water basin (when supplied) in a hot-dip galvanized Z-725 steel sheet, complete with an anti-legionella sloped bottom to avoid water stagnation. The water basin of this open circuit cooling tower comprises a water outlet connection with an anti-vortex filter, a bleed-off and overflow connection, a make-up water connection complete with a float valve, reinforced PVC air inlet grilles, a bleed-off pipe.
The TMA-EU cooling tower is equipped with the exclusive DecsaPACK (Onda 12) fill pack, made up of PVC sheets welded together and suitably shaped to optimise the turbulence of the fluids in counterflow and increase the efficiency of heat exchange. Onda 19, Splash or Tridimensional fill packs can be supplied depending on system requirements (more information on the most suitable fill pack read: Cooling towers fill packs)
The TMA-EU series features the latest generation of axial fans with balanced impeller, equipped with stationary swiveling blades with high-efficiency aluminum or FRP airfoil. All types of axial fans can be directly connected to electric motors. Alternatively, they can be connected to electric motors by means of belts and pulleys or with angle drives. Low-noise fans are available upon request.
The TMA-EU cooling tower can be protected with the special DecsaCOATING PLUS interior and exterior epoxy powder coating , available in all colors of the RAL scale.

The TMA-EU series ensures very easy and fast maintenance of moving parts; even the panels are removable without the need for dedicated equipment.
All the TMA-EU open cooling towers allow for minimizing transport costs. Indeed, you can transport the sections on trucks or through standard containers (in case of transport by sea).
